This gelding is big and handsome with lots of chrome! “Dylan” is a quiet, honest horse that has spent his life as a ranch, trail and rope horse and is now ready for to continue his career as a show or field hunter. He was raised in the mountains on a reservation and has a wonderful brain. He’s a quick learner and keeps his mind on his job. With only 30 days in english tack, “Dylan” was shown in the local USEF horseshow in the 2’6” hunter and equitation divisions. He is extremely willing to the jumps and is consistently square and even up front. With plenty of scope, this horse has a great future in the show ring.

“Dylan” has also been out with the hounds and is all business. He’s happy to do a job and isn’t bothered by moving away alone or with a group. With loads of outside miles this horse crosses water, ditches, and is extremely surefooted due to his upbringing in the mountains. He would make a nice Master’s horse but would be happy in the field as well. He has a nice big lopey stride that would make him a candidate for first flight. He has plenty of go when asked, but is happy to come back quickly also. Like most of these ranch horses, once asked to whoa there’s no messing around. He’s not going to jig or dance around at the checks.

This horse has a wonderful, sweet personality and will make someone a great companion no matter what the job.
