Just wanted to give you an update on Missy. Missy is doing absolutely wonderful at our house. She has done everything I have ever asked of her and more. We are just now getting really busy, starting to ship cattle to the mountains and such. She went to many brandings this spring and its so nice to have a dependable horse that I can go out and catch without any worry. She sure can handle a rope well too. I've been working colts off her and riding her in some of the roughest country imaginable to gather cows and she has never let me down. She's all shed out now and is really beautiful. Unfortunately, about a week ago my older mare that I have had for about 11 years died foaling (I lost my foal too). It has been a really hard couple of days and to tell you the truth, I don't think I could have got through this without Missy. I have never seen a horse with more compassion and love than her. Its interesting to see her become so protective of me since the mare has been gone. It's like she knows that its her duty to take over now. Anyways, enough of my sob story. I just wanted you guys to know how much I truly appreciate your help in finding this mare. She is such a blessing to me.
